Luštica Bay is already a unique Riviera destination. But there’s much more to come, from Centrale to a new hotel…

The Marina Village

Our Marina Village has enjoyed its first fully operational year. The marina has been welcoming in boats, buzzing shops and restaurants, and numerous events for our residents to come together and socialise.

The majority of our Marina Village residences are already occupied. But we have been completing the development of several upcoming residences.

Work is underway on the final sought-after Kamelija and Magnolija apartments. Set along the waterfront, next to The Chedi Hotel, they will place residents at the heart of Marina Village action.

Further up the hillside, work is ongoing on our townhouses and exclusive villas. Ideal for families, the spacious and sophisticated townhouses have proven so popular during the year that there are now only four left for purchase.

Our stand-alone villas are also in high demand. The majority of the Azara Villa collection are already reserved and construction work is taking place on three new Ruza Villas. With bespoke living spaces and gardens, private pools and views that never fail to impress, the villas guarantee the very best of Luštica living.

On the Sea

On the water, we have finished the installation of three pontoons for mooring smaller vessels in our main Marina. This includes the most recent addition on the quay wall adjacent to Urban Bistro 21, raising the capacity of the marina up to 85 boats. We also have plans to extend our promenade breakwater and to build a lighthouse at its tip. This will create both a new landmark for the town and a welcoming beacon for boats entering Luštica Bay.

A New Hotel

We are thrilled to announce that this year we have been preparing the concept design for our second Marina Village hotel. The details are strictly under wraps but the five-star hotel will become a special addition to the Luštica Bay luxury offering. Along with superb facilities, it will offer 200 condominium units comprising of studios and suites that will be available through the Citizenship by Investment Programme released this year by the Montenegrin Government, as a result investors will have the opportunity to obtain Montenegrin citizenship in exchange for investment in the country. Construction is currently planned to commence in the last quarter of 2020.

Centrale

Beyond the Marina Village, Luštica Bay is expanding. We have entered the second phase of construction of our second neighbourhood of Centrale. Set to be the new town centre for Luštica Bay, it will have its own unique character: a cosmopolitan hub, a residential haven and a gathering space for the whole community. We have already completed the first two apartment buildings and are well advanced on the next set of residences which are due to be delivered to their owners before the summer.

Golf Neighbourhood

Our golf neighbourhood is the other major area of Luštica Bay due to emerge in the next few years. Most importantly, the upcoming 18-hole Gary Player-designed golf course will place Luštica Bay as one of the leading golf destinations within Europe and key preparations are already underway. Meanwhile, we continue to work with the authorities to secure the necessary agreements to enable the initial phase of golf construction to commence. We are now in the planning stage for our exclusive golf residences which are planned for release prior to summer and will offer breathtaking views over the mountains and the bay, and will provide keen golfers with instant access to the course
