The Heart of Europe in Dubai is made up of six islands: Main Europe, Monaco, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland and St. Petersburg. The islands span six million square feet and will be able to accommodate up to 16,000 people at any one time. All six islands will be connected via bridges and will be accessible by boat, seaplane and helicopter. There will be no traditional fuel vehicles permitted on the islands to create the perfect island experience.

Germany Villas

Germany Island is cleverly designed in the shape of a horseshoe and will be home to 15 contemporary beach villas and 17 lagoon properties, all of which will offer stunning waterfront views, privacy and tranquillity. Designed by European architects, all properties will be characterised by modern German architecture and premium quality fixtures and fittings.

German architecture has a long, rich and diverse history which is synonymous with renowned quality and design. The Heart of Europe is combining a Bauhaus style with modern, functionalist design for luxury everyday living. Incorporating clean lines, floor to ceiling windows and the highest specifications throughout, the minimalist properties will be powered using green energy and solar power, thanks to leading German technology.

Germany Island will comprise 15 six bedroom villas with their own exterior pool deck, an infinity pool and direct access to their own pristine private beach. An additional 17 lagoon properties will offer four bedrooms and a beautiful private pool and terrace. All homes will feature high quality fully-fitted kitchens and a built in external barbecue.

There are three different types of villas available on Germany Island: two different types of beach villas and semi-detached lagoon style villas.

Sweden Palaces

Sweden Island’s shoreline will boast 10 prestigious beachfront villas inspired by the beautifully crafted and intricate structure of inverted Swedish Viking vessels. The roof of each majestic seven bedroom residence will resemble the upturned hull of a Viking ship and inside each luxury abode, a stylish interior unfolds. Synonymous with clean lines, stunning design features and functionality, each Sweden Palace offers the very best in modern Scandinavian living.

Special features include snow and sauna rooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, breathtaking views of Dubai’s epic skyline, expansive balconies, a gym and spa, a private infinity pool and landscaped gardens. Each Sweden Palace will be finished to the highest specifications throughout. Owners will have the option to incorporate a customized, state-of-the-art party / chill-out floor inside the roof area of the property if they so desire. What’s more, five of the ten Sweden Palaces will be furnished by Bentley Home.

The 5 luxury villas on Sweden Island that will be furnished by Bentley Home will boast the same features as The Sweden Palace but will offer exclusive high end home interiors. In addition, each sumptuous residence will also boast the state-of-the-art party/chill-out floor in the roof of the upturned Viking vessel, which will be customized and furnished by Bentley Home.

The Floating Seahorse

The Floating Seahorse in Dubai is an iconic, one of a kind luxury lifestyle product which was officially unveiled at The Dubai International Boat Show at in March 2015.

The Floating Seahorse is a truly unique underwater product which is the first of its kind in the world. It is an exclusive marine style retreat (essentially a boat without propulsion) which has its own plot in the Arabian Gulf.

There are three types of the Floating Seahorse at The Heart of Europe.

1. Original Edition: Each individual Floating Seahorse will boast three levels, one underwater, one at sea level and an upper deck. The master bedroom and bathroom will be totally submerged underwater and will command breathtaking views of the surrounding coral reef and marine life. The sea level accommodation will boast floor to ceiling windows, uninterrupted sea views, a fully-fitted kitchen with a dining area, an open plan living area and when the glass façade opens the sun deck becomes an extension of the living space. The upper deck is the perfect place for alfresco dining and relaxation and features an informal bed, a mini bar, a kitchenette and a beautiful glass-bottomed Jacuzzi. The deck can be converted into a winter bedroom which can be enclosed with retractable drapes. The Floating Seahorse has been designed and developed by leading European architects for Kleindienst Group’s iconic island project, The Heart of Europe, located just 4km from the coast of Dubai.
2. The Signature Edition: The Signature Edition is fully customised and personalised to suit individual style and taste. Inspired by the true meaning of a signature, each Floating Seahorse will be bespoke and distinctive. Customers can select from a variety of different premium quality finishes ranging from flooring to kitchens and bathrooms. What’s more, the interiors can also be tailored to meet individual requirements. Larger than its predecessors, The Signature Edition of The Floating Seahorse is designed especially for families with children and groups. Spanning just over 4,000 square feet across three levels, each Floating Seahorse will be home to unique special features, state-of-the-art technology and outdoor climate controlled areas. With four flexi living / sleeping areas, The Signature Edition offers excellent versatility whereby each level can be adapted to suit individual needs. The Floating Seahorse can also be customised to ensure the ultimate in privacy by fully enclosing the outdoor areas at sea level and on the upper deck.
3. The Tzar Edition of The Floating Seahorse is the third phase of Seahorses available at The Heart of Europe. The Tzar Edition will be located on St Petersburg Island which is designed in the shape of a heart and takes inspiration from The Maldives. St Petersburg Island will be a charming vacation retreat, home to white sandy beaches, a large infinity pool, shallow lagoons, lush tropical gardens and an exclusive restaurant and bar.
