Need to Know
Visas: Check if you need a visa. Many nationalities can secure a visa on arrival to allow 30 days stay without an advance visa.
Passports: Be sure to have at least 6 months remaining on your passport before you travel.
Currency: Egyptian Pound
Credit Cards: Credit Cards are accepted in hotels, but many other places require cash payments. There are numerous ATMs available.

Depending on your competency and certification you will enjoy your first day of diving in the Red Sea or you will get started on the path to becoming a PADI qualified diver.
Beginners: Beginners will spend their first day learning about diving with an introduction to Scuba, theory classroom segment and swimming pool dive practice.
Certified Divers: Certified open water divers will either be able to head straight out for an open water dive in one of El Gouna's hidden dive sites or will have a half day refresher course if they haven't made any dives in the past 24 months. Advanced divers can undertake double tank dives in a choice of locations.

As if a day with the fish and turtles isn't enough, today you will enjoy a rejuvenating massage after you finish your day on the waves.
Beginners will spend a second day in the learning pool while advanced and certified divers head out to sea to find new sites to explore.

After two days of diving where you've either learned how to dive or had the chance to explore some of El Gouna's fantastic dive sites, this is your last day in the water - so spend it wisely and find something incredible to see under the ocean waves.
For beginners, this will be the first dive in the sea - an experience to be remembered. For certified and advanced divers, this is a chance to have another exciting day discovering the wonders of the Red Sea Reefs.

It's time to head on home with excellent memories of your dive experience in El Gouna. Or you could always extend your trip! Don't forget that you must not fly within 12 hours of your last dive, so why not use the excuse for a nice leisurely beach morning.

Minimum booking: 1 person
Health Requirements: All divers will be required to fill in a thorough health questionnaire . The Dive Center reserves the right to request a Doctor’s certificate certifying good health prior to acceptance on a course. Some customers may be referred at their expense to El Gouna Private Hospital for a Health Check if deemed necessary. No refunds are made due to ill-health preventing a dive day.
Dive Requirements: Guests who are certified must bring their certificate and an up to date log book. Customers who have not dived within the previous 24 months will have to partake in a Refresher Dive Test. Customers, regardless of certification, who do not display competence with PADI safety, equipment rules and buddy techniques/etiquette may also be required to attend a Refresher Test prior to acceptance for Open Water Dives.
Travel Insurance: It is compulsory for all guests to have normal travel insurance and they must take the obligatory PADI dive insurance from the Dive Centre. This is an additional extra and will be payable upon registration at the Dive Centre.
Please note that all Scuba activity must cease 12 hours prior to your return flight.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings made are non-refundable from 90 days prior to the date of arrival. Bookings can be adjusted up until 14 days prior to arrival, but additional costs may be incurred in case cancellations with certain suppliers are not possible.
Payments: Payment is required upon receipt of the booking confirmation document by the customer and payment should be made by bank transfer.
